4.01 Reckless Driving

4.02 Unroadworthy Vehicle
Infraction

Operating a vehicle in poor condition results in a $250 fine

4.03 Driving Without a License
Misdemeanor

Driving without a valid license or with a suspended/revoked license results in a $250 fine and 3 months in prison

4.04 Driving While under the influence
Misdemeanor

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs results in 2 months in prison and a $350 fine.
