This section lists criminal offences and their corresponding sanctions within the jurisdiction of the State of San Andreas. These offences include disobedience of a lawful command, resisting arrest, evading law enforcement, identity theft, lying to a government official, impersonating a law enforcement officer, aiding and abetting criminal activity, possessing items used in crime, making criminal threats, reckless evading, second-degree harassment, and others. Individuals found guilty of these offences may face various penalties, including imprisonment and monetary fines. Sanctions are subject to change at the discretion of Judges within the Department of Justice.
2.01 Jail break
Felony
Organized or concerted effort to facilitate the escape of one, or more, individuals from a correctional facility.
Penalty: 15 months of imprisonment and a $1,000 fine.
2.02 Vandalism
Misdemeanor
Deliberate destruction or damage to public or private property.
Penalty: 3 months of imprisonment and a $350 fine.
2.03 Indecent Exposure
Infraction
Indecent exposure is the deliberate public exposure by a person of a portion of their body in a manner contrary to local standards of appropriate behavior.
Penalty: 0 Months of imprisonment, and a $0 fine.
